Outerwear project for my Specialised Studio course.
In this project each student was assigned an outerwear archetype- mine was the classic bomber jacket.
The assignment was to design, pattern and make an interpretation of the archetype while still maintaining several of the garments codes to make it recognizable.
The project resulted in a bomber jacket and trousers that incorporate the quilted element of the jacket's quilted lining.
